Golf Tip of the Month - January 2010!
The start of the downswing is where most golfers have a major problem. Most start with the under body, arms, hands, and shoulders. The downswing must start with a laterel shift to the left with the lower body.
Summary:
This laterel slide to the left will delay the uncoiling process and keep the club on the target line longer giving you more power and accuracy. Get the sequence right and you will have a good consistant swing.
